The CAS annulled FIFA’s decision sanctioning Rosnick Grant, ruling that FIFA had not met the comfortable satisfaction threshold required for disciplinary sanctions. The Panel found that FIFA’s evidence was insufficient to substantiate the allegations of sexual misconduct and abuse of power. The CAS also identified procedural deficiencies in FIFA’s handling of the case, particularly regarding the accused’s right to a fair hearing and the reliance on anonymous testimonies. Consequently, the lifetime ban and CHF 100,000 fine imposed on Grant were lifted.
