Spanish Court Restores Super League Injuction (full decision)
On 30 January 2023, the High Court of the Madrid Province (Audiencia Provincial de Madrid) restored an injunction to protect Super League clubs from eventual UEFA or FIFA sanctions. It should be noted that the proceedings before the Spanish court are pending a preliminary ruling from the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU).
