UEFA Declares Proceedings against “Super League 3” Null and Void


On 27 September 2021, the UEFA Appeals Body (Appeals Body) announced it had declared the proceedings against the three clubs that remain involved in the so-called “Super League” null and void, as they had never been opened.

In order to summarize the latest developments concerning the Super League case, this article has been divided into two sections, one dealing with UEFA’s internal investigation and another with the current status of the case before a Spanish ordinary commercial court.
