Irish and Danish Players’ Union Support Class Action Lawsuit in the Context of the Diarra Ruling


On 29 January 2026, the “Justice for Players” Class Action received notable endorsements, as the Irish Players’ Association (PFAI) and the Danish Players’ Union (Spillerforeningen) declared their support for the lawsuit initiated by the Justice for Players foundation.
