For health and safery reasons, the CONMEBOL Executive Committee decided that the finals of the Copa Libertadores de América and Copa Sudamericana will be held at the Centenario Stadium, Montevideo, Uruguay’s capital.
The special reason for the decision to hold the finals in Uruguay was the high vaccination rate Uruguay is expected to have achieved around the time the finals will take place.
