Facts and Procedure

Initially, on 27 July 2024, the Club and the Player concluded an employment contract valid from 1 August 2024 until the end of the 2024-2025 sporting season (Employment Contract). The Club undertook to pay the Player a net monthly salary of EUR 1,000 in arrears, commencing on 22 August 2024.

Subsequently, on 15 December 2024, the Club presented the player with a termination agreement and documents entitled "Player release from Lynx Football Club", "Proof of Contract End Date" and "Proof signed by former club that there is no TPO of the player's economic rights". The player refused to sign the termination agreement; the copy before the FIFA Dispute Resolution Chamber (DRC) was unsigned.
