Introduction

In the case of the dissolution of a sports club, it is often the case that a new sports club with similar qualities emerges. This new entity inherits the legacy of the previous club and carries with it their public interest and past achievements. As sports clubs are legal entities operating within the types permitted by the legislation, they are subject to the general norms of the law of legal persons.
