Is it mandatory for a coach who is sent off by the referee to be automatically suspended for the next match?

UEFA rejected yesterday's appeal by Eintracht Frankfurt against the suspension of Adi Hütter, who was excluded in the first leg match at Commerzbank-Arena for kicking in a water bottle.
 

1. On 14 March 2019, the first leg match of the round of the last 16 of the UEFA Europe League between Eintracht Frankfurt and Inter Milan took place.

After a questionable decision by the referee, the head coach of Eintracht Frankfurt kicked away a water bottle in order to canalize the anger that the - from his view - referee’s wrong decision had caused. Even though he was not warned for any misbehavior prior to that incident and even though nobody was endangered or even injured by the bottle, the referee sent him off.

One day later - and only six days before the second leg match in Milan -, UEFA informed Eintracht Frankfurt that based on Article 67 of the UEFA Disciplinary Regulations (DR) (edition 2017), Adi...
