FIFA Publishes CAS Quarterly Report (October-December 2025)


On 21 January 2026, FIFA launched the fourth edition of its quarterly Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) report, which provides an analysis of CAS awards in football cases. This resource includes a detailed examination of CAS decisions and legal trends, along with references to significant rulings of the Swiss Federal Tribunal (SFT).

As usual for 2025, FIFA has published its Quarterly CAS Report, which features non-confidential CAS awards communicated by CAS to FIFA during the preceding quarter. More specifically, the fourth edition spans from 1 October 2025 to 31 December 2025....
