It clearly follows from constant CAS case-law that third parties do not have a legally protected interest to request that a sporting sanction be pronounced by FIFA.

Facts and Procedure

 

On 14 February 2015, the Player and the Club concluded an Employment Contract valid from the signature date until 30 June 2019. On 17 March 2016, the Player sent a letter to the Club putting it in default in writing, stating that the salaries of January, February, and March 2016 had not been paid (the warning letter). In this letter, the Player further indicated that if the payment of the salaries were not done within 15 days, he would instruct his legal counsels to start a legal procedure against the Club in front of FIFA.
