Introduction
This ground-breaking CBA that applies to the W-League will drive “continued investment and improved conditions.”[1] The new CBA is a five-year agreement and aims to genuinely equalise high-performance standards in the W-League to ensure all players have a world-best standard football workplace. “This includes ensuring that W-League players have equal access to the same training venues, travel arrangements, accommodation, medical resources, club staff and workloads as the A-League men’s players.”
