On 3 August 2023, the FIFA Dispute Resolution Chamber (DRC) determined that the Football Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to hear the claim of Football Club Zenit (Club) against Solovev Nikolai (the Player) and OFK Grbalj (New Club) for termination of Employment Contract without just cause (Claim). Both the Player and the Club are Russian, while the New Club plays in the Montenegro second division.
