On 15 January 2025, CAS dismissed the appeal of Mezőkövesd Zsóry Futball Club LLC, confirming the FIFA Dispute Resolution Chamber’s (DRC) decision. The Sole Arbitrator upheld that the Player had just cause to terminate the Employment Contract due to the Club’s abusive treatment and non-payment of wages. The FIFA DRC’s ruling was upheld, ordering the Club to pay the Player HUF 3,650,000 (approx. EUR 9,000) in outstanding wages and HUF 43,800,000 (approx. EUR 110,000) in compensation for breach of contract.
